When Fiona walks into the office she is always welcomed with open arms. Staff love her as she never considers anything a 'silly question', she is extremely patient and understanding with whomever she is training, be it staff or Doctors.
When I was a Practice Manager of a huge practice ( 4 sites) I relied heavily on Fiona for support and she has also been a mentor to me.
